Big Matches Included (Hard Ball): * Royal College Vs. St. Thomas College - 9 am * St. Josephs College Vs. St. Peters College - 9 am * Maris Stella College Vs. Joseph Vaz College - 2 pm * Trinity College Vs. St. Anthonys College - 9 am * ODI game Canada Vs. Bermuda (all the stars) - 9 am ____________________________________________ Message From The MSC OBA NAB President: First and formost let me thank the Consul General Mr. Bandula Jayasekera for participating at the Cricket match amidts his very heavy work schedule. Now let me thank the two cricket teams.. Joseph Vaz College and Maris Stella College Cricket Teams for a great cricket encounter. It was a beautiful, friendly match. Both schools blended well together, being two neighbouring schools from the same province. The match was well attended by the Executive Committee members, members of both schools, and their families and friends. Hope this trend will continue in years to come, making this an annual funfilled family event. This was one of the best events we have ever putforth, mainly because all Maristonins young and old came together under one banner. This demonstrates the the qualities that are embedded in us.. Peace, Harmony, Understanding & Forgiveness. My sincere appreciation to dedicated committee members who made this event possible. Namely, Mr. Prathap Perera, Mr Kirthi Perera, Mr Mohan Perera, Mr Priyantha Fernando & Mr. Gerrard Bastiansz. Gentlemen, a job very well done. THANK YOU!! This being our inaugural year, I would definitely say we got off to a great start with a friendly victory over our brother school Maris Stella at the big match in King City. This is the type of cooperation and integration we need to succeed for the future. I look forward to working with MSC OBA NAB and expanding our organization to great horizons.
